Peaceful Condo near Canal street

Everything was as stated/shown and met all expectations. Like a hotel room. Clean. Location was good. Close to French Quarter. Parking was not abundant, but we were able to park close to the building without paying or getting towed.

The condo was clean and big. Had one issue but it was addressed and solved quickly. It’s located where you can walk or uber to anything.

Good comfortable clean place to stay. The Nighttime seemed a bit noisy at times hearing sirens and traffic sounds despite being on the 7th floor.

Great location in a quiet area of New Orleans. It is close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away to be quiet. Very clean. Well maintained. Big open shower! Would stay again!!

Overall a really nice stay, although I will start out by saying this condo is not peaceful during Mardi Gras, but that’s ok for us! A few parades are nearby and the noise is constant at night. The condo is comfy, linens super clean, loved the washer/dryer.I wish there were more chairs to sit and relax, as we used the pullout couch for a bed, that only left us the dining table chair. The couch also seems to be nearing its retirement, but still very comfortable to sleep on. The kitchen was very clean. The bathroom could’ve been cleaned a little better, the floor was especially dirty. The bedroom was clean and comfortable.Overall enjoyed the central location and our stay! Thank you!

Great location and clean.

Our location was close walking distance to Canal Street. The apartment complex was very nice and clean. Anytime I had to communicate with the owners they always responded immediately. Even when I booked an extra day to our stay they responded immediately and the process was so easy. Definitely would stay her again.

We love the property but it was confusing how to get there . Carport were tight to get around . The spacious apartment and furnitures were very comfortable. Restroom’s shower place didn’t have anywhere to set personal hygiene . It needs a small counter next to shower .

Property was clean, exactly like the listing. In walking distances to almost all the top places to visit.

The people were very nice. There was a dent in the oven door that I took a photo of the day we arrived. The only real issue was the bathroom. No place to hang towels and the shower is rather dumb. No shower door and water went everywhere. The floors were not clean and I had to ask for a mop since the housekeeping people were gone.people were gone.

The only negative I have to say is the pull out couch isn’t a true pull out with a mattress. Other than that it was perfect. We safely walked to and from the Taylor Swift concert. Parking was easy and the condo was clean.

Let me preface this by saying my partner and I are a past middle age but just by a little. I had no idea the amount of noise that would be happening right outside the condo! Free concert every single evening from folks partying! It’s not a downside for those that love the night life. Perfect location for that! I would not hesitate to stay here again. The host provided everything that you would normally have to buy to stay at a VRBO. That was wonderful. The AC was cold and there were plenty of towels as well as blankets. The building itself was very quiet and a good location to Uber anywhere in a short amount of time. The kitchen is sparse but has everything you will need for a short stay. A wonderful place to stay.

Very nice! Response time with management needs work but overall a very nice stay. I would definitely booka again!

Clean

We stayed for an NFL gane over the weekend. We walked everywhere and the rental was clean and quite. Down side, which is not on the host, the pay to park was $35 - $60 a day at the recommended location.

The stay was excellent. On day one i sitting on the couch and ants started crawling upy legs. My husband pulled out the sofa and a candy bar was left on the floor. I called manager and they quickly sent someone up to spray. I wasn't upset because the issue was re resolved quickly

I enjoyed the property - it was clean - it was as advertised. I thought the listing accurately described the property and the process of check in and whatnot was easy. I would have liked a bit more explanation of how to use the gym and gameroom but that is probably more on me than the hosts. The building appears to be majority short term rentals but I felt safe and secure in the evening and the noise level from the street was nice and low/quiet. Would def. stay in this unit again.

This is located within a 5 minute walk to Canal Street, on the bus route and the trolley route. We were there for a conference and were able to utilize a variety of transportation options. There were expected street noises ( you’re close to Canal, be reasonable) but no neighbor noises. Due to the schedule I wasn’t able to utilize the game room or upstairs but I’m sure they were both appropriate. In all, great stay.

This was close to everything to do! The room was very clean and the rooftop terrace was a great hangout.
