The beds were very comfortable, the showers worked well and the hot tubs were well maintained and very enjoyable. The tennis court was not in good condition and we were charged a surprise daily “resort fee” regardless of whether we used the amenities. The stairs to the upstairs units were in very bad condition. Although we did not have any issues using them because were are very good shape, the stairs are a safety hazard

Very similar to a hotel but with full kitchen. Very comfortable for a short stay. Great location. Close to all the must see places.

Everything was fine

The amenities were very nice. Pool and hot tub were clean and very comfortable temperature wise. The work out room was good, but it would have been nice to be open a little earlier. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The young lady was especially nice, but I did not get her name.

All was in perfect condition and the spa, tennis court, pickleball and ping pong were all used and appreciated.

The customer service was 10/10. Arela was amazing. The pool was perfect the putting green was fun for my dad and son. Parking was easy and the condo was clean and spacious. We wiDefinitely stay again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The happy hour with drinks was a nice surprise. We loved the fact that there is an enforced quiet time late at night. We would highly recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the quiet neighborhood. Proximity to downtown Palm Springs is convenient making fun activities easily accessible! Full kitchen is handy. Rooms were clean, private, and well cared for, and AC worked like a charm!

Very clean, nice people

I was pleasantly surprise that it was nicer then online. The bed was great the sheets and towel smelled fantastic and added to the comfort of the bed. I wanted to enjoy the living room more, but the couch was the least desirable. It was not comfortable, at all, and the fake leather was scratched and peeling.

Most helpful with early check-in! We loved the accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you for making it a memorable stay.

You never know right? But honestly you will not be disappointed. You will be very pleased. I can not imagine staying any where else now that i have stayed here. Very close to downtown. Grounds are lovely. Plenty of parking. They have me for life. Good bye Marriot
