Palm Springs Desert Gem! Outdoor Pool, Full Kitchen, Free Parking

Room was clean and spacious, very nice pool, staff were friendly and helpful. Property is centrally located to most things you would want to experience in Palm Springs. Great value for the money.

From the moment we arrived and visited the office we were catered to. They have free parking on the street in front, as well as free parking in the back. Easy in and out.The condo was beautifully appointed. Everything we needed was in its place and spotless. Everything looked and smelled new. We came to celebrate a birthday and enjoy ourselves playing golf.They have a small putting green but I didn't knoŵ about it until I got back from the course. Nuts! I took advantage of the beautiful pools. They have 2 and they are sparkling. The air conditioner worked well and was quiet. In fact the condo was quiet. No traffic or noisy neighbors at all.The staff was polite and very helpful.They genuinely wanted our stay to be enjoyable.The entire complex ìs so well maintained. The desert landscaping was breathtaking with a spectacular array of vibrant plants around every corner. Just walking the perimeter was a treat.I hope to return next June to relax and enjoy my newly found garden treasure.

My family of 6 enjoyed the stay. We had enough space and appreciated the two bathrooms Also, the pool was great. We would definitely stay here again as it’s also close to downtown.

We had a great stay at Vista Mirage. Loved the location, close to downtown. Could walk if you wanted, but we drove. There were two pools, one heated and one not heated, and there was a pickleball/tennis court. No need to bring your own equipment, they lend it out for free. I liked the full kitchen, and the community grills. We were only there two nights, but we were able to cook all our meals. The tap water was cloudy so we purchased our own jugs of water. And one thing that I did notice (but wasn’t a big deal) was that the couch in the living room was a little worn out. But everybody at the property was very friendly and I think it was a good value. Would definitely stay there again if we came back to Palm Springs!

This is a clean, unpretentious space that is perfect for families. There are two swimming pools and two hot tubs with tennis courts in-between as well as ping pong tables. The front desk is staffed until 10pm and they are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and had both a front and back patio that easily fit our five bikes.We'd happily go back - the only thing I hope is improved is the internet, which was slow and unreliable.

Good AC, grocery and drug store nearby. Not a nice walk to downtown. Poor WiFi

We loved this rental. It was comfortable, had a lot to do and had easy access to hiking, grocery stores and restaurants. Front desk was very responsive. Loved the two pool areas each with an hot tub and the tennis/pickleball courts.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities are great. Staff is excellent and helpful. My teenagers really enjoyed the pools and being so close to shops and restaurants. Great experience!

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was a bit worn. We stayed 4 nights and on the third evening at around 9pm we had what we suspect was a good size rodent in the garbage under the kitchen sink. It was large enough to remove a large slice of pineapple rind (the bottom of a pineapple) from the trash receptacle, along with other trash. It made quite a bit of noise. We called the lobby and the woman came and looked at it. She really didn't know what to do. In the end, we were moved to another room at 10pm. We contacted the host (RoomPicks) about the disruption and they did not refund us anything, which was disappointing.We would suggest keeping food trash in the refrigerator or freezer or getting rid of it immediately so you don't have this experience. Rodents happen. You just don't need them disturbing your vacation.

We loved the layout of the unit and everything was great. Since most of the ventilation (if you did not care for A/C) was from the 3 sliding glass doors, it would have been nice to have the option of locking the exterior patio gates.Our coffee maker didn’t work and we were so impressed with Ramon who brought us a new one immediately. Great service!We would definitely book here again!

The beds were very comfortable, the showers worked well and the hot tubs were well maintained and very enjoyable. The tennis court was not in good condition and we were charged a surprise daily “resort fee” regardless of whether we used the amenities. The stairs to the upstairs units were in very bad condition. Although we did not have any issues using them because were are very good shape, the stairs are a safety hazard

Everything was fine

The amenities were very nice. Pool and hot tub were clean and very comfortable temperature wise. The work out room was good, but it would have been nice to be open a little earlier. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The young lady was especially nice, but I did not get her name.

All was in perfect condition and the spa, tennis court, pickleball and ping pong were all used and appreciated.

The customer service was 10/10. Arela was amazing. The pool was perfect the putting green was fun for my dad and son. Parking was easy and the condo was clean and spacious. We wiDefinitely stay again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The happy hour with drinks was a nice surprise. We loved the fact that there is an enforced quiet time late at night. We would highly recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the quiet neighborhood. Proximity to downtown Palm Springs is convenient making fun activities easily accessible! Full kitchen is handy. Rooms were clean, private, and well cared for, and AC worked like a charm!

Very clean, nice people

I was pleasantly surprise that it was nicer then online. The bed was great the sheets and towel smelled fantastic and added to the comfort of the bed. I wanted to enjoy the living room more, but the couch was the least desirable. It was not comfortable, at all, and the fake leather was scratched and peeling.
