Stayed Dec 26, 2025The walls between units were very thin. We could hear the kids and parents next-door talking and yelling very clearly like they were in the same room with us. It’s also a very small space.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Good location. Walking distance to the capital, restaurants, and shops. Check in was smooth. Room 206 was stocked with the essentials. Would benefit from pest control. We encountered several large bugs in the hallway near the bedroom/bathroom and lots of ants in the living room.

Stayed May 17, 2025The unit is very nice, clean and functional and has everything you may need for a short or long stay. The location is incredible. Can walk to many fine restaurants or travel to any part of Madison and environs quickly.
