Stayed Dec 19, 2025The apartment itself was great. The beds were dreamy, location was beautiful. -3 stars because the bathroom was subpar. We didn’t use the shower because the bathtub/mat and curtain were covered in mold and mildew. Resulting in my family of 4 needing to bathe elsewhere. Inconvenient to say the least.

Stayed Aug 5, 2025My family and I had a great stay in this apartment.The apartment was extremely clean and very spacious. It's exactly as pictured. Nice convenient location. Quiet street but close to many great attractions. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Los Angeles.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025This property worked great for our trip- we had minor difficulty checking in, as we found the parking garage but couldn't enter until we got into the room for the key fob. But otherwise, there was a security guard after 8pm every night, which felt super safe, and the property was always clean and accessible. The only complaint was that the washer and dryer cost money to use- everything else worked wonderfully! 9/10 would stay again :)

Stayed Apr 3, 2025I know this is a new listing, so I'm not surprised there were a few kinks. The worst was with the check-in information. I was sent an email with a property address a day or two before our arrival date, but on the eve of our travel, I realized I didn't have the apartment number or info on how to actually get in. When I messaged via VRBO, I got a reply to call the property manager. I called and gave him my name and the address of the property, and he said he didn't have a property at that address. I was sitting in the airport in a panic that I was just scammed and would be without a rental when we got to LA. I messaged via the VRBO app again and this time they replied with a full-on confirmation email with a different address and lengthy instructions on getting into the building. When I buzzed in as instructed, I was told that the apartment should be unlocked and the keys would be inside, but of course the door was locked. I called back and then was directed to a lock box outside that had keys and garage opener. The keys worked, but the garage door opener did not. It took more calls and a visit from a maintenance guy to get one opener that worked. The coffee maker also didn't work and our bed had a pit in the center that if you rolled into, it was hard to get out of. Other than that, it was clean and a good size. We appreciated the balcony and rooftop pool access. Great neighborhood with plenty to do nearby. If they work out the kinks, it should be great for future renters.
