Over all pleasant and accommodating for the low price. However floor was not swept and no broom to do it ourselves. Air conditioning very dirty we didn’t feel comfortable turning it on to spread more dust and allergens. Be prepared to hear everything down to the snoring from neighboring rooms. So if you are looking for a low priced place to just sleep and go you found it!

Good communication, but definitely needs work when it comes to cleaning. We had 2 clean towels, but it looked liked it wasn’t cleaned after the last guests left. The sink and shower were filthy and the floors throughout looked like they haven’t been swept or vacuumed in a long time. The sheets were clean I believe, but the cobwebs are everywhere. If you don’t need anything but sleep with a place to crash, you should consider an alternative. The road right out front brings a lot of noise, but that is tolerable. It’s charming and convenient.

Great location to all my favorite golf courses and good food. My wife loves off the beaten path places to stay so it worked out perfectly

We drove 3 hours to get there and the office was closed. Tried calling the phone number on the door it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. The room we reserved had occupants in it and we were never given a code for the door or a different room. We had to drive 3 hours back home. Worst experience I have ever had. There were no available rooms in town because it was Memorial weekend. I do not recommend this property and their poor customer service in a hospitality industry.
