Stayed Sep 10, 2025Property owner pleasant, but non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke the moment we walked in. Shower area way to small for large person, area is right off highway so you hear noise and people walking through complex late at night were loud

Stayed Jul 25, 2025This motel is nice for the low price you pay. It is very quiet and old fashioned. There is no AC but they did have a couple of fans in the room and we stayed comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and satellite TV.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025I always stay at the Three Bears Motel when I'm in Lincoln MT. It's an older motel, super clean, and always fun to see the decor in various rooms. Highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 6, 2024We were with family camping nearby. Needed a place to sleep & shower. Perfect for our needs. Shower is quite small in number 4. Hard to get water on and temp regulated without getting floor wet.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024We are a family of 7. The kids (2 adult couples) slept in the tents and the rest of us stayed in a room. It was a fun atmosphere! We even got to see a bear and deer!
