This studio room was perfect for a mini vacation. The location is great for visiting Annapolis and st Michael’s!

The property was fine and very clean. It was the same checkout process as a hotel. There was a free breakfast as promised. The only issue is the listing is not 100% accurate. Parking was not free and was $7 per night. The checkout time is also 12pm not 11am as thr listing says.

The only reason I’m giving this a 1 star is because it was clean. The listing says 4 people can stay here but when we pulled out the sofa bed it was only a twin bed. We tried contacting the property manager for this listing and he replied 10 hours later and said check with the front desk. Never replied to me after that. The front desk didn’t have cots or anything else we could use- so my sister in law had to sleep on the floor. Very very terrible customer service and very disappointed that this was never dealt with. I payed for the room for 4 guests and that’s not what I got! Also only 2 towels in the bedroom when there’s 4 guests…. Just very terrible customer service and very frustrating when the listing is not as stated.

Arrived very late and the desk clerk asked for a credit card to be on file. That’s standard but when I gave it to him he’s swiped, didn’t use the chip, and said it was declined. It’s past midnight and he tells me if I don’t have another card I will need to leave. This was paid in advance. So he again “swipes” another card…declined. At this point he calls someone and he tells her story at ion she says “you know what to do”. He turns to me and says it’s not our machines it’s your card and you need to leave. I’m in tears. I call the credit card company, my card has not been used or declined all day. He asks to to have the desk guy use the chip. When I do he tells me again it’s not his machine everyone says that. Hummmm not the first time I think. He uses the chip and wow imagine that it worked. When I then ask how to get to my room he sends me through a pitch black breakfast area to an outside door. When I asked how to find the room outside he tells me “I should have looked at the map before I got here”. I sent emails and text to hotel and VRBO but nothing was done other then a sorry. just beware if traveling alone to make plans if you get declined!
