Absolutely perfect hideaway in Manhatten Beach, we travel there often and plan to make this our go to destination whenever we visit LA. The host was very attentive and helpful in every way. So happy we found this property. Scott and Holly

Nice area. Easy to access property and a short walk to the beach. About a half mile one way to shops and restaurants and a mile the other way, so fairly central. Two blocks to the beach. Host was great, no issues. Seamless stay.

This 1 bedroom has incredible LA charm. The house is beautifully decorated with colorful tiles inside and along the patio. Annette and Chris planned the perfect mix of modern amenities with vintage interior design. They have a really good eye to capture the era of the house. Their home is surrounded by very modern homes but they preserved their home to reflect on the 1930s-50s. As hosts they are on top of everything. They have a passion for travel and are keen on making sure guests are comfortable.

Our second stay and even better than the first. Location is perfect, easy walk to beach and restaurants. Annette is a fantastic host, friendly and very responsive. We look forward to our next visit!

Gorgeous in every way. The place was decorated in perfect detail. The location was close to great restaurants and 2 blocks to the beach. We ran on the Strand and rode bikes all the way to Redondo Beach. The owner Annette was so friendly and welcoming. She made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again.

The title says it all. The beautiful Spanish 1 bedroom couldn’t have been more beautiful, clean, or enjoyable for our stay. The patio was a great place to enjoy the coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Only 2 streets up from the beach, we spent every morning walking on the boardwalk. Loved the location perfectly between restaurants/shopping in North MB (El Porto) and Manhattan Beach Pier. Can’t wait to stay here again next visit.

Took a long weekend at the beach. This home is within 100 yards of the beach and an easy straight walk. The house has a historical charm but with the conveniences needed. We walked to Hermosa and into the shops in Manhattan Beach. Annette was very charming and made sure we had everything we needed. This is not your average beach home but a cool place that was very convenient.

Easy in and out, walk to beach, comfy bed and pillows! Great hosts who left us some treats at check in! Easy to get to, love the MB vibe. Cool tile and vintage range/oven,clawfoot tub. Excellent commination. Would definitely stay here again!

From the moment you arrive, this historic bungalow will charm you ! The attention to detail and the beautiful mosaic wall along the walk street to the beach brought smiles to all that passed by. Be sure to bring your camera. Our stay did not require a car as the beach, restaurants and downtown Manhattan Beach are all within walking distance.. Our hosts, Annette and Chris , were absolutely wonderful as they made sure our month long stay was perfect.

Perfect home for a Manhattan Beach getaway. Just a super short walk to the beach. Plenty of great restaurants in walking distance. Annette, the owner, was a wonderful host and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

My sister-in-law and I enjoyed a few nights at this small beauty in May. The unit is very cute and colorful with great decor and a fabulous little patio. It is well-furnished and well-stocked. It might be ideal for a couple, but the apartment worked for two singles well also since there's a sofabed in the living area. The location is great - just a few minutes and an easy walk to the Strand. We walked to great restaurants in Manhattan Beach every day and rented bikes just a few blocks away one day. Parking was fairly easy and Annette made it even easier. She was a joy to work with as she is responsive, proactive, and HELPFUL! I'd stay here again and would recommend it!
