Stayed Jan 30, 2026Very good room/condo. Power Circuit tripped a few times. I was able to reset easily but other guests may run into problems. Would stay again.

Stayed May 8, 2025Not a lot to complain about. Loved the place and location. Would stay there again. The only downside is the lack of parking on location. Kind of a pain to find parking on nearby street.

Stayed Nov 14, 2024The property is in a great location on the west end of downtown, close enough to walk to everything but mostly out of the noise of game weekend downtown Athens. The hosts are diligent and responsive and the interior of the place is brand new. We’d definitely stay again for another game weekend.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024My husband and I, along with our adult son who stayed in the unit next door, had a wonderful stay at Hancock House while visiting our youngest son, a freshman at UGA. The property is beautiful with luxury amenities, including plush bedding, high-quality towels, and tasteful decor that made our stay feel truly special. The location is ideal, within walking distance of downtown Athens’ restaurants and bars, making it perfect for exploring the area. The coffee shop, Foxtail, was not open yet, but that will be a nice amenity as well. But no worries, as we discovered a wonderful breakfast spot a block away called Big City Bread Cafe - highly recommend! The only small downside is the lack of a closet for hanging clothes, but that didn’t detract from our overall experience. We look forward to making Hancock House our go-to spot for the next four years of visits!

Stayed Sep 13, 2024Fantastic location and very well-appointed room in the middle of everything Athens has to offer. We took a 2 minute walk to find a place to watch the UGA/Kentucky game and went from there. You won't be disappointed in the room or the location....the fact that everything is new is just a huge bonus! Highly recommend!
