Great place to stay, had everything. We came to KS for a wedding and we got 2 of the lofts. Worked perfect. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this loft in downtown Kansas City! The location was easy to find, and we had no issues finding street parking. We were able to leave our vehicle parked overnight, which was a huge convenience. The building felt very secure, requiring a code for both the front lobby entrance and elevator access to the loft level. The loft itself was clean, spacious, and full of character. We loved the purple door and unique decor. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable, and there were plenty of towels provided along with shampoo and conditioner. They also have extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked with thoughtful extras, including coffee grounds, sugar, and even vanilla creamer. There was also a washer and dryer available with detergent provided, which would be especially helpful for longer stays. The location was another big plus, only about a 15-minute walk to the T-Mobile Center. What impressed us most was the value. Compared to hotel pricing in the area, this loft offered more space and comfort for the money. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kansas City!One thing to note: the suite (w bathroom) has a queen size bed.

Awesome condo, great location, everything was perfect!

We had a great stay at this loft in Kansas City. The location is excellent, right in downtown, very safe, and conveniently close to the police station, which gave us added peace of mind. We had no safety concerns at all during our stay.The property itself was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the amenities and bathrooms were all great and well maintained.The only minor drawbacks were a slight cat odor and a heating system that can be a bit loud at times. That said, for a short trip, it was absolutely ideal and met all of our needs.Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay.

Perfect place for 2 couples in town for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. Only an 3 minute walk. Everything was just like the pictures. Very quiet. Would stay again!

We stayed one night to celebrate our daughter-in-law's Match Day at UMKC - a very special occasion! The loft was perfect for our family. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to spread out and get ready comfortably before a big day of celebrating. The living room gave us extra space, and one of our daughters happily claimed the couch (her preference!). Olivia and her team were great communicators - responsive and attentive without being intrusive and the location in Historic Downtown KC was the perfect home base. Exactly what we needed for a memorable family trip!

Wonderful stay near downtown. It was such a convenient location for us, only a few blocks from the convention center and a short walk to the Kansas City Street Car which one can ride for free along a 2 mile stretch extending downtown from the River Market to University of Missouri Kansas City. The kitchen was well stocked. Access to the unit was extremely easy, and the host was most welcoming and supportive throughout the stay. We had absolutely no issues, so there was no reason to contact anyone. However, Olivia did check-in on us regardless, which was appreciated. Because we stayed in early January, it was a little cold for us to use the rooftop deck, but we did a quick look. It looked very nice. The unit is well placed near the gym, which we also didn't have time to use and the rooftop deck. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. In our opinion, it actually seemed bigger than what was pictured which was a pleasant surprise. The unit is well stocked with essential things like, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, soap, body wash, shampoo, laundry supplies, dishwasher soap, cookware, coffee, plasticware, creamer and filters. This is so appreciated because many other VRBOs DO NOT do a great job on this front.We had a great time. I only wish we had stayed longer. If we have to be in Kansas City again, we will DEFINITELY return.

If you love staying in downtown KC this is the place I would suggest. Tight security, close to some great restaurants, great food / liquor market at 13th and Main that has everything you will need. Kitchen was great, had everything to have Mexican one night with all the trimmings. Parking was not a concern, and Olivia was great with communications and answering the phone when we had a question. I definitely would stay here again if we were staying in the downtown area.Erich

Highly Reccomend this apartment, it had everything we needed and more! Olivia, the host was very warm and accomodating, could not ask for a better person to work with! Great Heating and Air Conditioning system. Both bathrooms very well stocked (no need to bring your own body wash, shampoo or conditioner - had wonderful professional supplies provided). Apartment was quiet, beds and bedding was great! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you will need to fix a full meal, all you have to do is bring the food to cook. Don't need a car if just staying in downtown area as this apartment is just a few blocks from the free shuttle that takes you from one end to the other of the city (we had a rental car for our four day stay and never drove it other than from airport to apartment and back). Apartment is close to churches, CVS pharmacy, grocery store as well as restaurants and fast food places.

We traveled to Kansas City for the Chiefs/Texans game and stayed in this loft. It was perfect for our small group. Communication was excellent with the renter, the loft was extremely clean, and location was accessible to several bars and restaurants. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The host was ver communicative! She provided lots of information and reminders! The Loft was perfect for our party of three!

This was a fantastic stay. I stayed here with a colleague for a conference and would absolutely come back. It is an incredibly convenient location with lots of restaurants and amenities in walking distance. The space itself was spacious, secure, safe, clean and extremely comfortable. It’s even bigger and prettier than the photos tbh. The hosts were communicative and helpful, and the price was exceedingly fair for a wonderful stay. This is the perfect spot for your next visit to Kansas City.

The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was great. For us it was a plus that there was an ice maker and full size coffee machine and coffee provided.

This amazing loft was the perfect spot for our stay in KC. We loved the character and the location was so close to many restaurants, P&L and other fun spots. We walked from T-Mobile Center after our concert. It was extra clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very organized and available for questions. We would definitely recommend this and stay here again!

Four of us went to KC to attend a KC Royals baseball game and stayed in this cozy condo. The place was really clean and had the desired amenities. It was also within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Also, the rooftop lounge area was a great place to hang out.

This was exactly as advertised near the Power and Light District so we could easily walk to everywhere we needed to go.

The location was perfect and the space was great. Reasonable parking accommodations and loved being close to the street car and Mildred’s!

The loft was perfect for our 2 couples. We didnt utilize much of what was there, but everything was as listed. Communication was great, parking was alright as there is no onsite parking, location was perfect only a few blocks from the convention center. We would stay here again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the very tall ceilings, large windows overlooking city streets, and industrial modern feel of this loft. Highly recommend this place. Beautiful and convenient.

The loft was beautiful and clean! Perfect place to stay close to our concert venue. It was about a 10-12 minute walk to power and light. We parked right out front with the metered parking and paid via text. Comfy beds and nice showers.

Came in town for chiefs game, place was great. Door codes were a little confusing at first but figured it out and paid close attention to text and emails and worked out good. Would def stay hear again in the future...
