Loft #201 - 2BR 2BA Loft Downtown KC in Historic Building

Loved the location and how neat the apartment was.

Loved the property, easy access to gym, outdoor area and elevator. We loved that parking was close and the trolly was easy to get to. Everything in the property was great from kitchen utilities, laundry and bathroom. The TV was great and the view was cool, we’ll be back!

Great location! Super close to everything downtown. You can get anywhere by walking or taking the train (which is free). The roof balcony is a great to sit and unwind. Everything you could need is supplied. Would definitely stay here again!

Loft was perfect for a quick weekend getaway! Well stocked and clean. Parking at the library garage was very convenient and close.

Clean and close to the convention center where we were attending an event for 3 days.

Accessing the property was fast and easy. The loft was spacious clean and very nice. It was an easy walk to T-Mobile arena and the Power and Light District. I will definitely book this loft again the next time I travel to KC.

The communication prior to arrival was excellent and accurately described our arrival process. We found suitable parking close by on 10th street. Inside the unit, the space was much larger than expected and had plenty of room for our family of five. The beds were comfortable and we utilized the futons for additional sleep space in the living room. It was very clean! You can hear some noise outside in the evening but it wouldn’t prevent us from returning again. It is a short walk to the convention center, municipal auditorium and power and light district. We were very pleased with our experience.

Everything was wonderful and as described in the listing. Great location for the event we were attending at the convention center and easy access to great restaurants! Highly recommend!

Very helpful host. Loud party next door. 2 out of 3 TVs did not work. Pillows not a hit.

Didn't use parking. We came by train and used free streetcar. FYI: Loft is 4 blocks up hill. We wished we hadnt packed so heavy, LOL.Kitchen was great! Could have used a pitcher for Tea and a dish cloth. Sponges hold germs.Remote in small bed room needs batteries.Very roomy and comfortable with easy walk to what we needed.

The place is perfect. Beautifully decorated. Clean. Easy to get to. Centralized to everything. And above all else reasonably priced.

Hosts were extremely helpful and accessible to help with a few questions we had - immediate responce and very accommodating. Great beds, bedding, and place has nice attention to detail. Awesome specialty grocery a few blocks away. Was in town for trade show at convention ctr and a fast, easy walk to the center. Have stayed before and will definately stay again.

This is a great location! We will come back here. Walking to district was few blocks. Very clean & secure building. Loved the outdoor roof area for a nightcap & snacks. Kitchen had everything you could need. Even coffee was supplied. Host was helpful with questions I had. Parking was right next to the building also. Great place

This was a perfect experience! Great location, safe & secure, easy parkimg instructions, spacious/comfortable loft, and extra appreciation for the two bathrooms since I was traveling with 2 teenage girls! Olivia was very accomodating. No issues at all. We would certainly visit again.

Our stay here was great! We were in town for an event and the location of this place is awesome. It's a very clean and comfortable space and even bigger than it looks in the pictures. Posts are very proactive and responsive to messages. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in downtown KC. Excellent location within short walking distance to Power and Light, T-Mobile Center, Farmers Market and restaurants. Also close to the streetcar line if you don’t want to walk. Parking was easy with the lot close by with all day 10 parking. Easy directions for building and condo access, clean, and well stocked for our stay. We didn’t cook while there but there are plenty of dishes and utensils if needed. Would recommend this property and would stay again if in the area.

Communication was great, check in was a breeze, and we all had a great time at the loft! Super clean and a phenomenal location. Loved being able to walk to some of the coolest spots in KC.

The host was super friendly, one of the best hosts we have had. She was really reliable and communication was a breeze. The apartment was comfortable, beautiful, and had everything we needed. 10/10 stay!

Great location

Building was clean and easy to access. No issues. Loft had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Came and went as we pleased. The only cons we had is the front bedroom had a horrible, loud noise all night that made sleeping difficult. It sounded like an ever running AC unit. Did not shut off once and was awful. If you sleep light, 100% do not recommend the blue door loft. The other con is parking. We used a parking garage a block away, uphill. It was 15/day. No street parking available. So that was a bummer.

I was there for a conference, and it was just a short walk to the convention center. It was comfortable and clean and no hassle. Parking was easy. I would definitely rent again.

My family stayed here for spring break week. Very nice space, lots of amenities.Great location, close to the free tram and could also walk to a lot of places.Not many units in the building so there wasn’t really any neighbor noisiness.Only issue was a humming noise in the 2nd bedroom (similar to a hovering helicopter, but not quite as loud). My kids couldn’t sleep in there with the noise so they slept on the 2 futon-style couches in the living room.

The nighttime view from the master bedroom was fantastic! Cuddling with the wife and looking at the night lights of the city was beautiful. The view from the rooftop was also wonderful. Hanging out and looking over the city while chatting with friends was a good time.

Loved our stay in this clean (very) beautifully decorated loft! Our family met for Christmas and had everything we needed. We have found our go to place in KC.

My family and I stayed for the weekend to attend an event in Crown Center. It was convenient because it was a few blocks from the free trolley that took us a block away from our destination. Also there were a number of good restaurants nearby and near to the trolley. The loft was clean and comfortable except the smaller bedroom was less comfortable and a little noisy. I would stay there again if I am in need of a good place to stay in Kansas City

Great stay, very large space. Had a 9 month old with me, she enjoyed crawling the space. Small note: the sheets smelled heavily of detergent or fabric softener, which was overwhelming as someone who is sensitive to smells.

If you are looking for a great condo in KC that is super cute and set up for lots of people to sleep, this is a spot for you! We booked it to stay near the TMobile arena for a concert. Host was great at communication. There was an issue with the condo we booked (the previous renter caused damage) and they made sure we were taken care of, moving us to a bigger one than we booked. We would absolutely stay again!
