Lighthouse Room — Mar Bella’s Grandest, Most Private Luxury Retreat

We arrived with clear instructions from the hotel staff to access our room which was perfect. The facilities were impressive, the hotel staff friendly and the amenities superb!

We stayed in the lighthouse room for valentine’s day and the room was so cozy! We loved the hot tub and sauna.. much needed relaxing weekend! The host was so nice and answered our questions very quickly. We will definitely be back :)

Mar Bella was amazing. The photos of the Lighthouse Room don’t do it justice. I was blown away by how spacious and beautiful the room was in person. The facility was clean, quiet, and had tons of amenities available. Definitely a hidden gem in DE and will be back for another stay.

The property is as nice as the pictures on the website. The room we had was large, clean and newly furnished. Equipped with a modern large-screen TV. The courtyard / pool area is sizable relative to the number of units. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. The pricing was in my opinion quite reasonable. The only negative one might see is the property is not in the midddle of the Boardwalk / center-of-town. That seems a minor drawback given the nice neighborhood and peaceful atmosphere of the property. I don’t think you will find many hotels like this in that area. The owner contacted us not long after departure - when the maid found a nice set of headphones we had left behind in our room. He made arrangements to ship them to our home. We will be back.

Our stay was short but so lovely. The property is quiet and peaceful. The perfect place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of outdoor seating and lounges, the pool and hot tub were great. Our room was spacious and cozy and had everything we needed. We wished our trip was longer, we’ll definitely be back!

Mar Bella exceeded my expectations—it’s just as beautiful in person as it looks on their website! As a self-proclaimed neat freak, I truly appreciated how spotless the entire facility was. From the rooms to the pool, everything was absolutely pristine and perfectly maintained. All I wanted for my birthday 7/2 was peace and tranquility and the Mar Bella provided that!! This will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I visit Rehoboth in the future. ❤️

This is our second time staying at Mar Bella, and I have to say it was just as amazing as the first! We absolutely loved the Lighthouse suite, beautifully decorated and so spacious. The pool was spotless and refreshing to take a dip after the beach. Of course we took full advantage of the Himalaya sauna too. We will definitely be back again!!! This hotel is excellent, they have everything you could think of from the pool ,sauna ,jacuzzi, store ,rooms clean the grounds clean .I would definitely be coming to back to this spot my boyfriend is picky and he loved it !!!!

Impeccably clean with a peaceful atmosphere. The Lighthouse room was so spacious and comfortable. The calming beach scenes with music playing on the tv as we walked in, set the stage for a relaxing stay. It was so calming that we never wanted to watch anything on tv. We appreciated the well thought out amenities and thoroughly enjoyed the sauna. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Mar Bella. The property is very unique with attention to detail and comfort. The Lighthouse room is well appointed, spacious and quiet. In season, the private courtyard would be a great place to hangout and enjoy the pool, jacuzz and sauna. The Boardwalk, Town of Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park are easy drives. I booked the Lighthouse room for Valentine’s day last month. I was amazed by everything Mar Bella had to offer! The whole property was so clean and peaceful. I loved the password check-in process to make our traveling easier. We enjoyed staying there just as much as we enjoyed activities in Rehoboth. We arrived on Valentine’s day to see our room decorated for the holiday! That was such a sweet gesture. It was the perfect get away, David and Vana are super welcoming hosts!

We were so pleased with our overnight stay at Mar Bella. The Lighthouse Room is spacious and welcoming. The hosts have thought of everything to make for a comfortable stay. We were there in cold weather and our stay was an in and out so I would love to go back and take advantage of all they have to offer. Beautiful and peaceful setting.

My boyfriend and I came up for my birthday. Marbella is such a beautiful place to stay with a nice pool. Also close to the beach and local restaurants. Overall, I had an amazing experience 10/10

MarBella is a lovely hidden gem and was a perfect choice for a long holiday weekend in Rehoboth Beach.
