Stayed Oct 24, 2025JoJo‘s Jewel is located in the heart of downtown Wilmington close to many restaurants and fun things to do within walking distance. The space was very accommodating for two people and the bed very comfortable. There is a skylight in the bedroom which is good if you are an early riser, but could be frustrating if you like to sleep in late. Overall, a great place to stay!

Stayed Jun 7, 2025Great location ... everything downtown is within walking distance...Riverwalk, shops, awesome restaurants and rooftop bars!The efficiency was great for the two of us. Be aware that there are stairs to navigate to get up to the rental units and then again within the unit (bedroom and bathroom are on different levels within the unit) This wasn't an issue for us but might be for some renters. We would stay here again when we visit Wilmington in the future.
