Stayed Aug 30, 2024Room was nice and clean. Property was filthy. Pool was filled with dirt and grime. Lots of cobwebs and dead bugs covering the building.

Stayed May 7, 2026We had a great day! It was only one night, so it was quick, but we enjoyed our time while we were there! We’ve been to Put In Bay dozens of times, but this was our first trip to Kelly’s Island, I loved the lake views at our condo! Bummed we were a few weeks shy of being able to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but overall really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Apr 18, 2026The propery is generally needing a great deal of maintenance. The room I stayed in was advertised as 3 queens. They were 3 full sized. The tub backed up a lot when in the shower. The direct tv never worked during my stay. New brighter light bulbs and more lighting in the room would be nice. Also there is no elevator to the 2nd level, be prepared to carry your bags upstairs.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Beautiful property. I am surprised with the low stars on Google. I have worked at Hilton and Marriot properties for years as a GM and DR of sales. Anyways, if you are expecting that type of hospitality at this property you won't get it. I think that's what is charming about this place. The front desk clerk was super nice. The people who work there are focused on their jobs and aren't there to make you feel like you are on vacation, that's what the island is for. I definitely recommend staying here. For our family of five it was fantastic. Rooms are roomy, pool is clean and it's a great location. We can walk right into town, walk to the beach and have dinner right across the street. I definitely recommend staying here.
