Stayed Dec 28, 2025When we checked in, the reservation for our family of 5 was in two rooms on different floors. I felt misled by my booking with vrbo which was for a 2 bedroom. The people at the front desk were awful. They were not empathetic when we had issues and with our rooms and did not make our family feel welcome. I will never stay at this hotel again and recommend VRBO cease booking for them. Horrible hotel!

Stayed Dec 26, 2024Great location very close to everything and very clean. Really liked the Happy Hour, free water (very appreciated for a large visiting family). Very clean hotel. Lots of dogs as it’s a very pet friendly hotel but didn’t bother us.
