Stayed Jun 22, 2023The property was actually Sonesta Suites, not a private property. We had no intention of staying in a hotel. We were very upset when we finally found the property. The pictures made it look much nicer than what we saw when we arrived. WE DID NOT CHECK IN. I attempted to call the property manager who was located in Miami Beach and have not received a call back or a response from my email. I have contacted my attorney and will press charges for what was clearly a misrepresentation bordering on a con. This is the second VRBO that was misrepresented on their website. We will never use them again.
