Stayed Jun 26, 2025The photos didn’t match the actually property and room accommodations .. the property was far (in contrast )from everything you would want to do. You need to take the shuttle (wish is limited in seats and time options , rent a golf cart/car or uber every time you want to head to the main areas.. we were lucky we have older kids so the separation of the rooms by doors almost two separate hotel room set up vs the one big apartment as what we thought we had and lots of stairs (husband is disabled and unable to climb stairs wasn’t aware of this) if we had younger children this wouldn’t have worked for us!! The property was clean but tiny pools and the beach is very overly exaggerated.:. Now the staff was very friendly no complaints there and the concierge team was very helpful with recommendations.. however we would not book here again based on everything else.
