Stayed Oct 14, 2024We enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was after we got back to the condo neither key card worked so we had to drive all the way back to the office to get new key cards. That was not ideal or fun. No other complaints though.

Stayed May 1, 2024This room looked nothing like any of the reservation pictures that were online. It basically looked like a hotel room that had been robbed. The bedsheets in the master bedroom were dirty. The thermostat was set so that you could not lower it below 72 and we were only offered a box fan because of the time that we checked in. The hot water in both bathroom sinks was barely above a small flow. An extremely cheap trash bag was placed in our room and no additional supplies of that nature were able to be located. The check in location versus where your actual room is located was very inconvenient. We had trouble with our room keys and because of no additional staff, we had to make trips back to the main desk to get a new key.

Stayed Apr 27, 2024The pleather is pealing off of the couch - I would not set on it - It looks very bad. The other main issue is the beds even with the mattress pad you feel every spring and can see where it's broken down and dips -- I did not sleep well at all due to this. The rest of the apartment is fine, just old.

Stayed Oct 9, 2023It was great. The condo was spacious with a full kitchen. I loved the extras you usually only get in a hotel, bath products, coffee, etc.
