Stayed Oct 3, 2025We weren’t at the sonesta select in Duluth Ga for an hour before we went searching for another place to stay. The location of sonesta is great, but the actual motel was disgusting. There were roaches in the room and bathroom. The carpet had stains that were undetermined of what they really were, the phone didn’t work, the tv didn’t work. The chair was broken and the couch. The smell in the motel was horrid. The hallways were disgusting with garbage everywhere. The elevator was very questionable. No continental breakfast as it says there is on the website. No pool as it mentions on the website. NO ONE will answer the phones at the front desk. The only somewhat good thing about sonesta was the man at the front desk the little bit of time that we were there, he was friendly.

Stayed Apr 26, 2023The hallway smelled of weed, the bathroom door would not close, there were cockroaches everywhere, the mini fridge would not close because of a build up of ice. It was an older hotel and it has not been updated or maintained. It was disgusting.
