Great Location! Minutes to Universal Studios & City Walk! Pool, Free Parking!

This was a very cost effective stay. The room was clean and comfortable, close to restaurants and stores. The host arranged an early check in that was very much appreciated.

We had no hot water our first night and it was hit and miss for the other 3 days

The hosts were welcoming. Room was clean and in good condition. Extremely close to Universal, maybe less than 5 minutes drive for studio and islands of adventure. The only two things I didn’t like were the breakfast area was quite small and congested. Get to breakfast early to avoid standing in a long line first thing in the morning. We also didn’t have hot water last night of our stay which was fixed by morning, which is appreciated. Other than that it was a good stay and we’ll be back.

Very nice and clean hotel

It was a great stay. Being able to have breakfast in the morning before heading out was great. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful.

Pool was private and nice, the breakfast was delicious, and the only issue we had with our shower was fixed by maintenance right away. Would stay here again!

This is a hotel- Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Pictures and communication were very deceiving. Acted as if everything was handled by another company but it was actually just the hotel. Not sure how a hotel got put in VRBO.

I was really pleased with this Fairfield Inn. The staff was attentive, polite, and informative and the lobby and rooms were exceptionally clean.The first evening I walked over to CityWalk for some shopping, dinner, and music. The walk was about 20-25 minutes, along a lovely, landscaped road just over the other side of the pedestrian overpass. If Halloween Horror Nights were not in progress I would have driven over and parked for free after 6 pm in Universal Studios Guest Parking. So yes, the parks are walkable, but there is a free shuttle available from 7:30 am -6:30 pm which I used the following day.The hot breakfast was very good and plentiful with many choices. Loved the lobby coffee. It was much better than the room coffee. My in-room coffee pot was not working when I arrived, but a helpful young man brought up a brand new one in minutes after calling the front desk.While I did not go into any shops or restaurants, there were several to choose from in walking distance.I also had an enjoyable conversation with the manager who was very friendly and welcoming. And I was glad I speak Spanish so I was able to communicate easily with the service staff.Overall, I had a very wonderful stay and would stay at this hotel again.

Overall great place. Would have been better if there was a microwave in the rooms instead of having to come to the lobby. The pool could have used some attention it had leaves and bugs in it. The room and hotel was pretty clean, the main issue I noticed was the bathroom, bottom of the toilet, behind the toilet were dirty and there was hair in the shower. Most people probably wouldn’t notice it but owning a cleaning business makes me more aware of certain things. Close to everything, great location…. Think there’s a night club near by so the loud music kept my little one up longer .

The staff were polite & pleasant, complimentary breakfast was very good each morning & our room was restocked & cleaned everyday we got back! Perfect location especially if you’re going to the universal parks! We had a great stay.

I stayed two nights, and had a great experience. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast service was ideal for the stay. I definitely recommend staying at location, which was in great proximity to theme parks and restaurants.

GREAT Time. Room was great. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but very nice overall. Host and employees extremely professional and nice. Breakfast and transportation were awesome. Great folks!!
