Stayed Feb 10, 2026Good value for money, especially in the days leading up to the Daytona 500. Other reviews were right about the compact shower but the water was hot and plentiful. This is an older property but well maintained as evidenced by the tile in the bathroom. Our only issue was a faint smell upon arrival, as the AC was not running due to cool outdoor temps, but it was easily remedied by a little Febreze.

Stayed Dec 12, 2022I was here to attend my last week of instructor training at the Bob Ross Studio, and this was the best value by far in the New Smyrna Beach area. No-frills unit, but with two double beds, a microwave and refrigerator, and a bathroom -- at this amazing price -- it was exactly what I needed. Expect a value stay that feels like you're in a 50's-feel roadside motel... where everything is kept clean and tidy. Great place to turn in for the night and then head out to explore during the day.

Stayed Jul 31, 2022We enjoyed our stay here. The property was easy to locate, and it was clean and quiet. The window unit and ceiling fan kept the room a very comfortable temperature. The pool is clean and well maintained. We used the on-site coin laundry a couple of times, and there were plenty of machines that got the job done quickly. We were able to extend our stay an extra night with no issue. We were also in a prime spot to watch 2 rocket launches during our stay!
