• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.

    Sugar Bowl trip! Great location not just to the superdome but to the French Quarter. We walked everywhere! Condo was very clean and comfortable for the four of us. Garage parking in the building was a plus! We will stay again anytime we are in New Orleans!

    covered all needs for this stay and duration, safe building. rooms are spacious with closets, supplied with enough products for laundry, dishes , toiletries. great dinner table. close to public transportation made it easy to get around. over great experience

    We enjoyed the clean and spacious accommodations, particularly the comfortable beds, tv in every bedroom, and fully appointed bathrooms. Location was convenient to downtown and the Quarter. Would stay again!

    In town for convention at Ernst Morial down on the river, three of us rented this space for 5 days. It's a bit of a hike (1.3 miles/ 2 km) down there but not an unpleasant walk. You can take a taxi for under $10. The unit is very large and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. I would maybe avoid the 2 bed room - it has windows and the aluminum frame, single pane windows transmit sound very well, so even 5 floors up it can be loud. Overall though it worked very well for us and would work for a larger # of people with the 2 baths, etc. Short walk to French Quarter and lots of good restaurants in area. Grocery store not too far away.
