Stayed Oct 23, 2025No pets. And we did not use the pool. The room was not what I was expecting from the pictures listed. Looks like they post recently renovated rooms. Overall stay was nice.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025Rooms were old and run down. Bedding was minimal and beds were old spring beds, not newer beds. Property was cute, but old.

Stayed Oct 1, 2025The rooms needed some work. The bathroom fixtures were worn out or didn’t work properly. The staff didnt clean our rooms. The elevator broke. I’ll try a different place next time. The best part was the shuttle service.

Stayed Sep 26, 2025The rooms were very dirty, not up to the quality that was listed online. We were supposed to have a patio/balcony and we didn’t have one. The tub was clogged and there was hair all over the tub. The front desk ladies were very rude and unprofessional. The beds looked like they weren’t even switched out with new sheets. The popcorn ceilings were falling off. Considering we paid a premium for these rooms, unfortunately we weren’t put into the renovated side of the hotel. It was giving ghetto.

Stayed Oct 7, 2023Perfect for family. Children loved Halloween decorations ? Friendly staff, Shuttle service was convenient and drivers were friendly. Awesome to have choice of restaurants and bar on site. Very important clean and comfy beds, I rate from 1-10…. 10 I recommend this place to anyone looking. Tucson Az

Stayed Jun 30, 2023This property allows dogs, but only when you are in the room with them. So it was great for us as we took the dogs to the beach.

Stayed May 1, 2023We enjoyed staying here. Staff was great, shuttle was easy to use. Rooms were as advertised, pretty standard. Hotel is cute, and deli/giftshop has many items as well as Disney swag!
