The host was welcoming and the front desk clerks were super helpful. Place was good. Pool may say heated but is not heated as in can swim for long amounts of time.

Chrck in was ok but the curtain had big stain black water marks and the shower is old and not enough hot water. The pool was dirty not even clean enough after they had a group part the weekend that we stayed

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn, which we booked through Roomstay on Vrbo. Although we weren't told check-in process, getting checked in at the front desk was simple. The description of the hotel was accurate, and our room was clean with amazing water pressure.However, we did face a couple of issues. First, they do not provide enough towels. While I was aware that daily room service isn't provided unless requested, when we asked for replacement towels and trash bags, the front desk staff member we spoke to seemed upset. She mentioned that they usually don’t provide these items unless we have requested room service. Regardless, her response felt a bit rude. They said they could only give us four towels but ended up bringing us only three.Some reviews mentioned a great complimentary breakfast, but this was not indicated in the listing, and it definitely wasn’t worth it. We paid 22.50 per person for breakfast, and it was disappointing. The potatoes were hard, and the Eggo waffles were also tough. However, the eggs, bacon, and sausage were well-cooked. The breakfast did include cereal, yogurt, toast, juice, and coffee, and the service was excellent.Overall, it was a good stay.

The free shuttle was a quick ride from airport to Hotel. The rooms were clean, easy check in, and great breakfast buffet. Their diner menu was sufficien.

Had a great one night stay for a concert. Check in was quick, no problems. Rooms were clean and perfect for what we needed.
