Great location. In the heart of the city very clean. Will definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed the room and location to everything was great. Bed was soft and loved the fireplace. However, I will never return to downtown Saugatuck in the winter. All of the streets were covered in snow and ice. I've never seen anything like it. No salt anywhere and no one removing snow. I slipped on ice and took a hard fall in front of one of the nearby stores, and that sure put a damper on the day and several following days...

My husband and I had a great stay for his birthday, the staff was great and welcoming. Everything was within walking distance and didn't need a vehicle until we left. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Location was perfect and the room was great except there were no towels to shower and no paper towel in kitchen area. I would still rent this room again.

The room is located above a retail store in a great location. I liked using the combination locks to access the room because I didnt have to keep track of a key card. The room was just as beautiful as the pictures. The parking space was convenient in the alley way behind the room. Everything was in walking distance. When we arrived, Butler street was blocked off for a festival. An officer helped us find Kevins office through the alley way, and Kevin showed us to our room. We will definitely be back.

The location couldn’t be better! Right in the middle of downtown Saugatuck, it was perfect. And the room impressed my husband. He thought it was much better than a hotel room. I have stayed in some hotels where the bed wasn’t even very comfortable, but this bed was extremely comfortable! And the shower was maybe the best shower I’ve ever used! Two shower heads and great water pressure, not the wimpy drizzle it can sometimes be from a rain one. I liked the Aveda samples, too. Oh, and we appreciated the little snacks to eat the next morning! (Muffins and biscotti). And I also appreciated the checkout time being noon instead of some stupid early hour like some places require. Who wants to leave at 10 AM on a vacation? The only change I could possibly recommend is maybe a new hairdryer?

Easy, comfortable, and convenient

We rented the Napoli suite. It was very nice and well decorated. It is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Passed by this property for years and finally stayed here. Beautiful room and easy entry and parking right in the middle of downtown.

We loved everything about staying here. The room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I love little surprises when traveling and discovering the sleep machine, towels that smell rich, and turbo shower head were fun! Chefs kiss is that this location is within walking distance to everything that was important to us during this trip.

My boyfriend and I stay and had a wonderful walk about town, had fabulous food and drinks.We LOVE Saugatuck!!! The room was fantastic.

The information from the property manager was so helpful from the location of the designated parking spot to the details on entering the property from the alley. Thank you! I loved walking around the downtown area, and in and out of all of the little shops. The weather was perfect for sitting by the lake. It was a fantastic get a way!

A higher rating regarding cleanliness would have been received, but the floors were “sticky”.

We had a wonderful stay. Our only complaint was the two young girls that cleaned our room on Thursday did terrible job. The bed was messy and the garbage wasn’t clean . The room did not look the way it on the other days we were there. It is a beautiful room. Thank you we definitely would come back.
