Stayed Nov 16, 2024Upon entering the room there was a very strong and overwhelming smell of bleach. We had to open and sleep with the window open all night which made the room freezing. The smell caused both my husband and I a horrible headache. Also the room was very dirty. There was hair on the toilet seat and the carpet had big dark stains all over it, as well as the dirty couch in the room. There was a ratty, old looking teddy bear on the bed which we found very weird.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024This property is not on Gainey Ranch. This is a ‘Homewood Suites’ down the street from Gainey Ranch. Charging resort fee is a joke! Hallways smelled of smoke, room dark and dank. Leak from ceiling identified first morning of three day stay. Maintenance put bucket under leak. No offer to change rooms or accommodation. Cannot imagine a situation with a greater lack of customer service. Definitely not affiliated with Gainey Ranch. Dreadful does not begin to describe this property.
