Direct Oceanfront in the Heart of Waikiki! Spectacular New Custom Reno!

Over all, it was great. Host was very nice and easy to communicate. Location is the best. View was fantastic. We'd definitely come back.

Definitely one of the best places you can stay in Waikiki. The room and location was perfect as advertised. Great for families! Would stay there again hopefully in the near future.

Great condo, view was fabulous! Quiet building, I did no hear any other residents. Close to shops and restaurants but the best thing was the beach was right outside. Comfy beds, and loved the swing on the lanai.

Property was nice but overpriced. Accomodations not worth the money.

This property exceeded my expectations and for our group it was a perfect choice. I am going to list the Pros and Cons to help others with maybe a different size group or different dynamic. PROS: amazing view, amazing location for beach, restaurants, shopping, etc.., free parking with valet option. super easy to drive in and out whenever. great valet, and lobby staff always ready to help. private elevator with only two condos per floor. never waited long for elevator. great fitness center with bottled water, new equipment, and towel services. Beach towels easy to pick-up and exchange at any time. Beach chairs and water toys available on the patio of unit. new remodelled unit with great kitchen, all new appliances. CONS: not very private interior if you were sharing with another family. All doors to bathrooms and bedrooms are glass with frosted designs, not super private. my opinion unit is comfortable for 4-5 adults. We did not use the Murphy bed which would pull out of wall right in middle of dinning/living room area. Only one shower which is in Master. 2nd bathroom is a tub only, did not use. we all shared the one shower. Threre were only 3 of us in our group. There is a lot of furniture and chairs overcrowding the unit in my opinion, but would be great if you had a bigger group.

The pictures were accurate. You are right there at the beach. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings before the kids woke up just to take it all in. Host was responsive even when we had a late check in due to flight delay.

In order to help travelers plan better for a stay at room you should plan to bring hand towels so that you can have some to use and a large beach towel for each person. A shade umbrella and chairs as well. For early check-in contact the property mananger before you arrive to avoid the 29 maintenance fee.

It is in a perfect location with access to everything. Communication with host was great. We had an issue with the refrigerator and it was immediately addressed. Valet team was outstanding. Definitely recommend and will be coming back one day!

Million dollar view and location.

Amazing beach view in the heart of Waikiki. Only reason a 4 star was due to check in- we had to wait 20 minutes for person to check us in, which was not ideal after traveling all day. Then, the person talked to us like we were children and stayed too long, trying to get us to use his car services. If Larry wasn’t involved, would have rated a 5 star.

The condo was newly renovated and very nice, and the personnel at the property were excellent. The location on Waikiki was perfect as well.

The place was awesome, the bedrooms and living room was comfortable with 8 of us on this trip. The host was easy to work with and had everything in detail of what to do with place

So many things to list that were great. First I wish I could take the view from the balcony and the swing home with me! Everything was very clean and well stocked. The communication from Shantel was great from beginning to end. We have stayed at many places and never had a full tour like we did when we arrived of how everything works and where it’s located. Larry was amazing with transportation. If you are not renting a car ask about airport transport. It was very reasonable and Larry has a lot of knowledge. The location was perfect. We could walk to anything we wanted in Waikiki.

Shantel was a great host. The home was exactly as described. She even allowed us to check in a bit earlier which was very appreciated. Best view ever, super convenient and close to the beach, great beach chairs, loved that we could go to the beach and run upstairs if needed. She had snacks for us, water. Gave us a run down on how to use everything. Best place to see the sunset. Thank You again!!

Great condo in the perfect location!!

We enjoyed the location and view(s) the most, the convenience to great food and shopping. The room was excellent, it had just been refurbished. The host had even left some welcoming snacks to help us get settled in. We will be trying to come back next year.

Clean, staff is friendly, close to the beach and the communication from host excellent.

Stayed here with my family- fantastic location, views and amenities!

This is the perfect location; it is close to the beach, great restaurants, shopping, resorts, etc. It is at the center of it all. The condo is very roomy for 4 adults, although we wish there had been a shower in the 2nd bathroom.We were disappointed in the check-in process. We were under the impression that after providing all of the requested travel info (flight number, arrival time, rental car info) that we would have access to the condo as soon as we arrived after 12 hours of travel (around 3:30pm). That was not the case. We ended up waiting by the pool in our travel clothes for over an hour because the condo was not ready. The door magically unlocked at 5pm sharp (despite the check-in time online stating that it would be 4pm- or earlier with communication to mgmt).Communication was good until we arrived. I received a text saying that they probably would not respond to me b/c they were busy and they were not kidding. Fortunately the valet and the people working at the front desk were helpful when a problem did arise (shower door got stuck…with me in it!)We had to check out at 10am and rented a room at the Hilton for the day (which was an excellent experience) since our flight did not leave until 10pm. If we had to do it all over again, I would arrange to arrive later and leave earlier. Overall, we had a nice stay and really enjoyed the convenience of the location and the beautiful views from the balcony.

Awesome place to stay

Beautiful place to stay. As a family of seven it accommodated us comfortably. We also appreciated the little extras like the beach chairs and boogie boards. The view was amazing and we spent a lot of time out on the balcony.

With ten people, it’s hard to get a condo that makes us all comfortable, but this place was great! The view was fantastic, we could see the water easily with no obstructions. The lanai was so relaxing. The staff was very accommodating, and the pool was clean and very enjoyable. The noise was unnoticeable, even with neighbors. The location was great as we were walking distance from lots of shops, restaurants, and the beach! Furniture was comfortable too. The host was accommodating as well and was very helpful, explaining everything thoroughly, as well as offering us transportation for our large party. I highly recommend this place!

When you are staying in Waikiki this is the way to go! Our stay here was so perfect! It was right off the strip and our kids were able to just come and go as they pleased-from heading to the beach, the pool or just walking the strip at night, we had everything right at our finger tips. Even the valet were such a pleasure to work with! The sunsets from the balcony are completely unforgettable! Definitely gave our kids a trip to remember, and now even for them, Waikiki will always have a place in their heart!

This is a great ocean front condo. We were 6 adults, having only one shower is a bit challenging but we knew that going in so I can’t complain about it, we made it work. All beds are comfortable, had everything we needed. Great communication with Vrbo and condo manager. The valet staff is EXCELLENT! The location and view can’t be beat! The sunset right from the balcony is breathtaking I would def stay here again.

Beautiful property in a great location. Rented an SUV that had to be parked in valet but the valet employees were great to work with and quick to retrieve the vehicle. They brought up luggage and groceries when needed. Nice to have a kitchen. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunsets. Lots of action on Waikiki Beach for every age.

Great condo, loved valet, wonderful location, porch swing so relaxing, pool not in service, 1502 cannot see down shoreline to Hilton Hotel as that floor to low to have that view. Would need to be some where above 30ish and up. Wish I would have known as higher floors condos were available.
