Stayed Jul 28, 2023The Revel Building is a gem. It is new, clean, and very nice. We enjoyed our week stay at this complex. We enjoyed use of the rooftop pool and the 7th floor game room. We did so much walking each day that we were not able to take advantage of the work out facilities, but they look to be very comprehensive. The staff were helpful and attentive when needed. We like the bluetooth technology for entry into the facility. The only thing I would like to see is better stocking of paper products and trash bags depending on length of stay. I am sure we could have inquired to get more, but we just bought ourselves more. Also a silicone or plastic spatula would be nice for the non stick pans, I felt really bad using a metal spatula on the pans. Overall it was an excellent facility and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jul 3, 2023Should have known the entire thing would have been a disaster from the start. 1st I rented through VRBO but the property handles all the payment transfers. They immediately sent a contract asking me to sign which had a different dollar amount than I agreed to on VRBO and a non cancellation. VRBO had a cancellation up to 1week before departing. I refused to sign the contract. Finally on the day we could no longer cancel they withdrew the second half of what we owed plus extra. I spent 3 days calling to get the difference refunded and noone would help me if I was lucky to get a live person. I reached out to VRBO. They said they would continue trying to contact on our behalf.They left us 3 towels for a family staying a week. When I called the 800#i was told to wash the towels. Mind you they don't even leave Detergent. We had 1 roll of toilet paper and when I asked for a second was told they don't replenish that. The next thing is better. I tried calling customer service again to see if they had somewhere we could store our luggage since check out is at 11 and our flight at 6pm. They basically all laughed in my face if I talked to someone or hung up on me. Someone called and told me our luggage was not their responsibility. I've never stayed somewhere where there wasn't some kind of help for storing. I mean we would have paid for it. Today I heard back from VRBO. They've been unable to reach anyone at the company for our refund. They have escalated ithe issue.

Stayed Apr 27, 2023New apartment in nice area of DC. Just a few blocks from Union Station. The booking is like a hotel, so the room you get is not what is shown in the pictures. The bed was too soft for comfort but otherwise the place was nice. The whole complex is accessed through Latch app, which you need to download to stay here
