Cedar Falls Motel right next to Petit Jean State Park!

We love cedars falls hotel. Brandi is amazing just.

Owners were friendly and engaging. Charming cabin like rustic atmosphere.

The room was not completely clean, there were emprt water bottles under the bed. I called to office to reported, they said ghey will take care of the next day. That did not happen. No vacumming for several days I can tell.

Room was great and spacious. Love the location to walking trails. Pool was decent but could use a little updating. Had a great time with other tenants while cooking out.

Management was very nice and communicated well.

The property pictures are very deceiving, the pole looks like it had not been up to par for a while. The place looked ran down or poor management.There could be more for the children to do. There was absolutely nothing. The cabin floors were filthy underneath the beds were filthy. There were wasp nests in the window on the inside and outside of the cabin, there was noservice the whole four days we stayed as far as clean linen clean towels did not see property owners at all!And everything as far as activities are an hour to two hours away from property I was disappointed that we had to travel so far to have any entertainment

It was a remake of the 50-60’s. Our lodging was very vintage. The bed really needed to be updated!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Great location to Petit Jean State Park. We had to leave early due to unforeseen circumstances, but an overall good experience.

The best part of this place is the location. If you’re not staying at the Mather lodge and want close proximity this is it. Other than that nothing special. You definitely get what you pay for. I wish there had been pictures of the rooms interior before booking but that’s a chance I took.

My stay was pretty great, the main thing that drew me to the cedar falls motel was the location. The motel was less than a 5 minute drive to all the trailheads and Mathers lodge, which was pretty cool. When I got there I found the office and checked in pretty easily. The room was an average motel room, the bed was comfortable and they had a mini fridge and coffee machine. Overall it was a pretty good experience. I also saw reviews where people had trouble with the wifi, but it worked perfectly for me getting an average of 40mbps download.
