Stayed Jun 12, 2026This was the worst experience I have ever had with VRBO! We booked a trip for my son’s competition. Got the confirmation and booking itinerary prior to arrival. On day of check-in the unit info we had was no longer available. We contacted Vrbo customer service as the error indicated an issue on their end. Despite communication the issue was never resolved. We also contacted the property guest services and our host. The property put us in a completely different unit with not enough sleep space and not anywhere close to where we were supposed to be. I dealt with this situation for hours and I have communicated with host multiple times. As we were never checked in to the unit we booked and paid for we have requested a refund and have yet to receive any further information. I really hate to have to leave a review like this but I hate even more that this happened to our family and if this review helps prevent this happening to someone else then it’s worth the share.

Stayed Jun 12, 2026Was not the room we booked or the property advertised. Internet and TVs did not work the entire time stay. Contacted both host and Litchfield Beach Resort and could not get any problems corrected during the entire stay.
