Friendly staff,clean rooms

It’s nice but the shampoo bottle was empty when we got there. They charged me a valet deposit when we didn’t have a car and the room never seemed to get cool. We have stayed there 3 times but this time was a little disappointing.

Loved our stay!

It was a very nice property within walking distance to everything fun. The downside was that day 2 we had no housekeeping service and had to go to front desk to get towels. The next day housekeeping came but did not leave us a bath mat or additional towels.

Don’t expect a toothbrush or shaving kit or any convenience like that. It’s nice but it’s bare minimum on all levels. The balconies are small and so is the pool. You can’t bring your own food or drinks to the pool, so you’re forced to spend more money at their hotel. Add valet tipping every time you leave and arrive at the premises.

Location was good. Room accommodations not as great as what is portrayed. Our first room was not suitable. Mold in shower, broken toilet paper holders, ammonia orders in the closets and near mini fridge. Requested room change. Better but not great. Moldy smell while ac was running no balcony as described with either room as well.

Great location close to everything!

My mom and I loved our stay. The hotel was so new and clean. The valet was super quick and such a convenience during our stay. We loved how close we were to the beach, restaurants, and shops! We are already trying to plan our next vacation with the rest of our family members!

This hotel had nothing in the room as far as what amenities were available. I had to go to the front desk to get information. It would be nice if there was some kind of small binder with all the info in it. Rules of the pool, rooftop bar, what restaurants are in the area, etc., etc. most hotel offer this and it’s very helpful. The staff was good. Just poor communication. And there is no Starbucks in the hotel even though they make it look like there is. And they dont tell you ahead of time you have to use the valet which is 38 per night. Again, poor communication. The windows were filthy. Other than that, it was good.

The property charges 40 per day for parking. It is a good 3 blocks from the beach not walkable for everyone especially with beach accessories. But overall a nice place to stay and close to eating options.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and fresh.

We were looking for a spot for a long weekend getaway. Not too far from airports- the drive was easy. Room was clean, with plenty of space. Hotel had a great rooftop bar with a great view. Pool was clean and also could see the ocean. Beach was a quick walk, and the beach here is Amazing! Lots or restaurants also within walking distance as well as shops.

Very impressed by this hotel, very friendly staff. The hotel and pool were very clean. We stayed for 9 nights and upon check in were given an upgraded room overlooking the pool with an amazing view of clearwater beach and pier60. They also gave us a discount for valet parking. The location was awesome. Extremely close to pier 60 and the beach. So many great restaurants and shops within walkjg distance. We would definitely return . Thank you for making our vacation such a great one.

Well check in was smooth, found out the next morning I was charged more money for incidentals. Front desk seemed less than concerned to help address it. Most of stay went well until our final day when the valet lost my keys. They were recovered after he searched other cars and everywhere for about 40 minutes. Checkout was smooth. However, since I have left, I have been battling the hotel and bank to give me my incidentals back. The manager yesterday was rude, condescending and even huffed at me when I offered to get the bank on the line. She then proceeded to hang up. Because of this, I won't be staying again.

Enjoyed our stay very much! It's a little more low-key than may a resort stay, but that's what we liked about it.

Located close to everything

We had a great 3 day vacation in Clearwater Beach here at the hotel. Everything was clean and nice and the staff was very polite and courteous. Everything we needed was in walking distance and we were just five minutes from the beach.

Princess at the front desk was amazing! She was friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating. I loved her. The valet guys were always hustling with a smile on their face. Every staff member encountered was friendly. This hotel is doing something right. In a world where customer service is becoming non- existent this hotel far exceeded expectations. The rooms are clean and spacious and we saw dolphins from our balcony. It’s quiet and close to everything. Park your car and you won’t need it again until you leave. I give this hotel 10+ stars!!

We recently had an unforgettable stay with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The highlight of our stay was Manel, who went above and beyond to make our experience special. She prepared the most delightful hot chocolate and refreshing watermelon drinks, which our daughter absolutely loved. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a relaxing stay for our family. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, making our trip truly memorable. We can’t wait to return!

The facilities were great. However, it was the STAFF that made this place outstanding. Valet, front desk, maintenance, food. All staff were very impressive in their jobs and friendliness. It's very rare to find top to bottom consistancy in this, and I was very impressed!
