Beautiful Views - Sand Section of Manhattan Beach

Great stay

Perfect location. Todd is an excellent host who has a very quick response time. We were able to walk to restaurants and the beach and then took a short drive down to the pier (didn't want to walk that far with a 4-year-old!). The kitchen was well-stocked and we very much appreciated that Todd provided beach items, towels, and linens. Perfect stay for our family of six! I will mention that the pull-out couch mattress is extremely thin and uncomfortable. We had a teen boy sleeping on it so we piled up some thick blankets underneath him and he sucked it up, but just a heads up in case you have adults who will use that bed. The main beds were extremely comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my daughter and 2 dogs for 5 days. The view was amazing and location to the beach really is perfect. Fyi It is quite the walk up the hill coming back from the beach. There's a grass park area everyone goes to about 3-4 blocks down the alley for dogs to potty. The condo is very nice and has all essentials to make it yours for your stay.Owner is very responsive and easy to contact!

Great place with expansive views of the ocean, just a minute’s walk from the beach. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean, with restaurants and a gourmet market within blocks. Would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding views and good location. The neighborhood was quiet and good access to the beach. Kitchen had all the essentials and the garage parking was convenient. The host was responsive and the check-in and check-out were easy. Great place for a family trip in Manhattan Beach!

The view was amazing and the location was perfect for a family vacation, quiet, residential neighborhood, a very short walk to some wonderful coffee, shops, restaurants, and shopping. A very short walk to a beautiful beach and the strand. The place is a little dated, but very comfortable with a very nice kitchen that looks right out to the ocean. Very comfortable and clean.

Absolutely seamless process from booking to check-out, and Todd was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The property itself was perfect for the “beach portion” of our trip, and the view is stunning! We had ample space and amenities, were within an even closer walking distance of the beach than I anticipated, and had effortless access to restaurants and shopping. We were very comfortable and sad to leave!

Perfect location. House was exactly as described. Only problem could not fit our SUV in garage, but we were made aware of that before we booked. Just a pain to find street parking but worth the effort!!Communication was flawless and easy check in and out.

Manhattan Beach was awesome. The view from balcony is amazing. Property is clean and centrally located. The refrigerator/freezer works well but front is rusted out where water and ice is dispensed.Kinda turns you off.

Very quick stay and for the most part we were gone. However it was the perfect place to come back and go to sleep at. Everything worked as planned. Hope we did the right thing for him with the laundry. We highly recommend. And would definitely come back again. Next time maybe get to enjoy some time on the beach

Manhattan Bch is a great place to stay! Really nice to have a parking spot. Great location.

Great location with breakfast and dinner spots within walking distance. Bike rental across the street and beach views from the balcony and walking distance. We'd go back. Very clean and roomy!

This house was exactly what we wanted as a place to stay near the beach on our family spring break. The house was as advertised and the owner was excellent with communications. The view of the sunsets over the Pacific are incredible!

First off. The house is great, the location cannot be beat. The beach is sandy, close, and beautiful . The neighborhood has great restaurants, stores, and cute shops. Every single thing we needed was there in the house.The balcony and view is the perfect spot to end the afternoon.Todd is a very responsive host. Thank you for sharing.

We had a nice stay in Manhattan beach! This unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants! We enjoyed our walks on The Strand/beach each day! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend updating linens for the beds and towels.

This is our second time staying here. We love the location. The climb up the hill back from the beach is a little strenuous, but the view from the apartment is breathtaking. The apartment has all the amenities one could ask for. Cooking meals is easy- I would love access to a BBQ, though. I would wholeheartedly recommend this vacation home!

Walked everywhere - beach, shops, restaurants, grocery. All the beach amenities provided. Very comfortable beds. Keurig coffee maker. Great view. Great stay!

This unit is the perfect location for beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. The views from the unit are fantastic! The unit itself is spacious with all the items necessary for your stay. My only negative and the reason I didn't give a full five star review is that the unit needs some updating and a thorough cleaning (based on my standards). Otherwise, you will be glad you chose this unit, as location and views are outstanding!
