The room was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Everything was in place & we didn't need to contact the owners for anything! Access was easy & we were given clear directions. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo! Looking forward to coming back again!

From start to finish everything was absolutely perfect! Before booking, I had a few questions and the host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond. During our stay she even gave us her direct number and always replied quickly whenever we needed anything.Before arrival she sent detailed information about the room, check-in, and even local places to visit nearby. She also let us check in early since the room was available and allowed us extra time on checkout day because no one was arriving after us (which may not always be possible depending on bookings).Check-in was so easy — no front desk or keycards needed, just a personal door code. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were soft, there were extra linens for the Murphy bed, board games for the kids, and even sand toys available. The rocking chair on the balcony was the perfect touch and the beach view was beautiful with nothing blocking it.Both the indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs were very clean, super warm, and open until 11pm which was a huge plus!The only con, which was outside of the host’s control, was the tight parking deck and lower ceilings for larger trucks and having to go through the main lobby after hours to get back to the tower from the beach side, but both were manageable and did not take away from our stay at all.We are already looking at dates for our next trip and highly recommend staying here!

It is small but for the 2 of us, it worked just fine. The hostess was very responsive. Location is great!!! Could use some updating, but again, wasn't bad. Check in and check out were great.

This place was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The amenities are very nice and the condo was very clean. Check in and checkout was super easy.

Comfy accomodations. Easy to work with. Allowed us to stay extra time due to flight delays at no charge.

Check in process was easy. The room was clean but their was some mold on the ceiling and around the AC vents. The toilet ran constantly. The building is a bit run down. It was a fair deal for the price.

It was fine, it just wasn’t very clean. And it was very wet. It’s probably the resorts fault with old a/c or something but the floor was wet, the beds were damp, everything was damp. Our towels got more dry hanging on a chair on the balcony than under the a/c vent in the condo. Also there were dust bunnies under the bedside table and the dishes didn’t seem very clean. It was more run down in person than in photos.The beds were comfortable. Everything was there and very convenient.

It was nice and cleaned and it was great being able to have 2 parking passes! We will definitely stay here again!

Place was clean and had a beautiful view. We enjoyed our mini vacation with my first baby before our next baby arrives!

We wanted a simple beach weekend, and this place worked perfectly. The room is center of the building so the balcony view was really nice overlooking the pool. It's a high enough floor for a great beach view without having to spend too much time in the elevators.The room is comfortable for relaxing and the resort has a great place for breakfast and drinks by the pool. The room was clean upon arrival and the normal basic supplies. The cabinets could use a refresh, but everything was functional.Communication with the host was easy and friendly. They were proactive in letting us know about the check-in and check-out process and any availability for early check-in or late check-out.

We were delighted to see the beautiful ocean view when we arrived but that was the only redeeming feature of this unit. I have allergies and prone to asthma and within minutes I was not feeling well. There was visible mold near the ceiling, predominately in the bedroom and in the bathroom vanity and the kitchen sink cabinet. The particle board type material of the cabinets was crumbling and moldy from moisture. I tried sleeping on the couch in the living room so that I could get fresh air from the open sliders but after about a week I had to complain to the host. Brooke addressed my complaint right away. We had to leave for a few days to attend a funeral and during that time the maintenance man said he would do remediation. When we came back only a skim coat of a stain covering paint product was applied to some of the moldy areas but did little to nothing to remediate the problem. After a few more days of not feeling well, we left. Brooke was quick to apologize and refund us for the remaining time. Things to note: there is no door between the kitchen and bedroom and just a couple of eating utensils, no dinner plates or pot holders.

We had a great stay at the Baywatch! Host had great communication. Condo was very clean and sufficient. Would definitely stay again.

Overall we had a good time. Although the unit is older and could use some updating it was clean and comfortable. I would give the host a strong 5 for communication. She would always get back to us in a very timely manner. I would recommend this place for a group of golfers looking for an affordable place to rent it is well located and convenient to many good courses. Th food in the bar was good.

Everything was great!

Unit was nice for our small group. Location was nice and we enjoyed the pool and lazy river. Would recommend that you take extra supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hot mats etc. It was not stocked as I would have expected. have expected.

Good representation. Competitive lodging and price point. Great Host! And Agent was very helpful.
