Beachblock

The property was clean, safe, well maintained, was very close to the beach and had a pool to enjoy. We were able to walk to some things but most activities required a vehicle or a bicycle.

Very small apartment but clean and comfortable and less than half a block to the beach. Kitchen had the basic necessities. Great pool and patio area. Owners helpful and quickly responsive with a few questions we had.

It was good I would only suggest including toiletries and sheets.

It was quiet and secluded The only negative was the stairs are a little hard to climb for seniors 85 and 83. The treads are too narrow, causing heels to rub when descending. We were impressed that the renovations have been done with quality materials and expert craftsmanship.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was convenient to the beach and surrounding activities. The only thing I could recommend is a better frying pan in the kitchen.

The host’s communication is truly wonderful. Check in was so easy! The place itself is perfect. Great location, clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

No soap, no shampoo, no towels, and no bed sheets.

It was a bit smaller than anticipated. But we made it work. Loved the pool and the neighbors. Loved having a designated parking spot. The full kitchen came in handy with 2 young ones. Would def return!

This stay is perfect for any couple or small family. Small court yard with friendly neighbors great location for a beach day.

Amazing location - walkable to so much (steps to the beach!) yet super quiet. Place looked exactly as advertised and was clean. Easy to find, easy parking/check in, we’ll definitely book again!

If youre not looking or in need of any accomodation too large, this place is perfect. Highly recommended

Could use more silverware in kitchen and maybe a casserole dish to bake , the only skillet there had broken handle

I might have misread the description, but I thought it said one bedroom. This is not a one bedroom. It's an efficiency--basically a hotel room with a kitchen. To fit in two beds, they both, including the fold-out couch, had to be doubles. Okay for one person, a bit tricky for two (though couples used to sleep on double beds!). The kitchen is very small and only basically equipped. I had to bring in a kettle in order to boil water. I also had to bring in a footstool because I am short and could not reach the microwave, which is on top of the fridge. The price was right for such a small space. All that said, the room was quiet, the location perfect, the pool lovely, and the owner communicable. It's a really good place for one person, possibly two, but 4 is a stretch, even if 2 of them are kids.
