Stayed Jul 8, 2024We did very much enjoy this location and stay. But, there were a few things that could be improved. Please let the owner know that, for us older folks, having the toilet paper roll situated across on the opposite wall is not always appropriate. And, I do wish there was a way of reserving a first floor room ahead of time. We had to climb a full set of stairs with our 3 full suitcases. No elevator. We asked to swap for a first floor, but the rooms were all booked. The photos of the inside pool were a little deceptive. We thought it was longer. No one resupplied food to the morning breakfast. Some days there were sausages, other days there were not? The renovations made this place feel brand new. It was great, especially the fabulous mattresses. We would come again as long as we can get a first floor room.

Stayed Aug 21, 2023The property was very clean and updated, beautiful outside front door seating. Easy parking. Loved the rooms and the breakfast they display every morning. Would like it if there was stand up tall mirrors in the rooms but other than that everything was provided. Great staff very friendly. Close to beaches, Will definitely stay at this location again!

Stayed Apr 21, 2023The Ambassador hotel in South Yarmouth is a very nice hotel. The rooms are modernized and gets bonus points for having a medium sized fridge in the room. The staff at the front desk was very informative and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Nice job Ambassador hotel.

Stayed Aug 6, 2021Loved the pool and hot tub very clean. Great staff and great location. close to a lot of things. We didn't have to drive too far to eat, go to the beaches etc Only bad thing is the hotel needs updating.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025When we arrived- we found hair in my daughter’s bed and a dead bug in mine. The molding was missing in the bathroom and the sink leaked all over the floor. We had to put a towel around it to use it. The listing was VERY misleading. We left a day early- I don’t know who’s giving this place 10/10.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025The phone to our room didn't have a wire to connect it to the wall - we had no way to reach the front desk. It was like it was a prop. The dead bolt was broken and hanging by 1 screw.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024Heating system was very noisy and not working well. It would heat then go to cold and we were cold.My wife and I ended up getting colds for the New Year. We were not happy about our stay.
