Stayed Apr 1, 2025recently stayed at hotel Zamora Saint Pete Beach], and it was a beautiful hotel,. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025This hotel exudes a sense of calm and luxury, welcoming us as guests to unwind. The rooms and setting of the hotel location offer great water views. The amenities are terrific. The attentive staff and service create a welcoming and unforgettable St. Pete vacation experience. We definitely plan on returning to The Hotel Zamora.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025Newly renovated. L.oved he canal front. Staff was very responsive. Andry on night shift was fabulous. Rooms did not get cleaned a few times. No drawers for clothes. Would add hooks too for towels.L

Stayed Mar 28, 2024Check in process was horrible. The desk clerk was rude and disrespectful. It took over an hour to check in our 1st nite. She was constantly on her cell phone and did not communicate any information about why they could not locate our reservation. After awhile, she told us to move away from the counter so she could talk privately with whoever she was on the cell phone talking to. This was the most rude and disrespectful treatment that I have ever been subjected to in all my years of travel. There was no explanation why the room I booked 2 months ago was not available. The room she gave us was wrong. We left several messages for Gilbert manager and Emilia manager on Friday Saturday and Sunday. Both mangers never called us back. The front desk employees shied the hotel managers. They do not talk to guests. The guests behind us told us it took hours to check in their mother. We will not be back.

Stayed Mar 17, 2024Had a wonderful three day stay. The location was nice. The people were super nice and the staff in the restaurants were friendly as well. Really really close to the beach which is a bonus. I would definitely go back.
