Everything was great, location to the town was fine wasn't too far from the Indiana dune national park. Only thing is between the hour of 6am and 7am you have a loud train coming through that will wake you up. Turned the ceiling fan on and there was a lot of dust that came off it so that was annoying but that's me being picky. So yes, it's worth renting if you are on a budget for a day or two and using it for a place to come and go. Not for a weekend getaway to enjoy the perks of the room just a come and go place.
