Stayed Mar 8, 2024Unit had horrible fish-like smell, and long story short we were given a spray the cleaning people use to try to remove it. The smell would not go away, so I asked to be moved to a different room (keep in mind this is already 11 pm at night). A new room is given, but when I went to see it before moving our belongings it reeked of pure cigarettes. The gentlemen couldn’t find another unit, so he gave an alternative to pay more to get two rooms instead to accommodate my stay and avoid the smell. It was very unpleasant to be told almost at midnight (12am), I would needed to pay more although they were at fault for giving me a horrible smelly room. We ended up staying in the smelly room, to only be visited by a spider in our bathroom. Never returning.
