ABOUT US
Welcome to The Mayfair!

Just steps away from the lively music and stunning architecture of the French Quarter, as well as the epic nightlife of Bourbon Street, our prime location immerses you in the vibrant culture of New Orleans. Enjoy a popular brunch at Ruby Slipper within our premises and world-class entertainment at the nearby Saenger Theatre, along with other top attractions and renowned restaurants such as Brennan's and Antoine's, all within walking distance. The urban lifestyle of the Central Business District also awaits, offering a bustling shopping district with various retail options and the convenience of a nearby Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy, making everything you need within easy reach.

Our suites offer more than just a stay. They uniquely reflect the rich history and character of their respective buildings, from the former piano store of legendary jazz publisher Junius Hart to Prohibition-era dance halls and, of course, the Mayfair department store, a once renowned shopping destination for the fashionable elite. Each space invites you into a narrative of New Orleans' past, integrated with the comfort and luxury of modern amenities. Discover the preserved elements throughout the property, such as exposed brick and plaster walls, columns, and original decorative molding featured in some of our suites.

Our team ensures that from the moment you step into our elegant lobby to the time you unwind on our scenic rooftop, your visit is personalized and unparalleled.
