The location, pool and access to the beach was fantastic. We rented three units for a large party and each room had maintenance issues- holes in the wall, cracked light switches, burnt out lightbulbs, dryer not working. The most offensive was the beach towels left in each unit smelled moldy like left damp in a dryer. Good thing we brought our own beach towels. The living room furniture was over-worn, stained, and uncomfortable. You also should have one bathroom w handicap bars as not senior friendly
