Stayed Dec 27, 2024parking garage was tight and bathroom was too small.Putting in card to use elevator was weird and didn't like have to find key to use elevator every time you have to use it.

Stayed May 25, 2026Our room was not ready until after 5:00. It was very loud with kids until 11:00 at night. This is definitely not a couples place as one review said. It is a family place with plenty for the kids but not relaxing at all. The room was clean but noisy in halls and on balcony. I wish that these places were not on VRBO as this is a hotel and the listing gives false impressions.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024It was perfect for a couple nights. Clean, efficient, beautiful property with lots of amenities. The single issue we had was the vent fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

Stayed Oct 27, 2024We had the most annoying people above us. Lots of yelling and partying. They were incredibly loud, and we were woken up at 1AM and 3AM. Had to call the front desk twice to complain. Security should have shut them down the first time I called.
