Stayed Jun 12, 2024Check in process was excellent, and staff were great. Room was well equipped and stocked, towels, soaps, paper products, trash can liners etc. A few minor negatives included aa few of the appliances. The phone didn’t work to contact the office, the coffee pot was nice and large but splattered grounds inside making clean up a bit of a problem. The washer/dryer were nice to have, but thy very noisy and I even heard the next door unit annoyingly. The 2 minute wait for hot water was not as inconvenient as it was bothersome thinking about the waste of water. I would not hesitate to return, especially because of the location convenience and the staff.

Stayed Apr 16, 2024The property was better than advertised. It was quiet and had all the amenities. I will definitely look for this property on my next trip to Phoenix.
