Our Tidewater Beach Resort #2518 sits directly on the beach and features all of the amenities you could ask for to go along with a perfect location close to many restaurants, night spots and attractions. Everything on your wish list! This nicely updated condo can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. Our condo on the 25th floor has beautiful new tile throughout the condo, a fully stocked kitchen with new counter tops, anda washer/dryer in the unit! Balcony overlooks pool with beautiful views of the gulf and Pier Park. Sleeping accommodations include King bed in master and queen sofa sleeper in living area, along with twin hallway bunks.

Tidewater Beach Resort is located 1/4 mile west of Pier Park and will be the first building you see when driving from the airport. *Tidewater Beach Resort charges a resort fee for 1-bedroom unit: $35 + tax + credit card fee. Total $39.59 and includes up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 wristbands. Wristbands required for all occupants over age 12. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.

25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
