The place was very clean, good amenities, close enough that you could walk into town (15 min walk). Room was very spacious!

We have been traveling to Cabo for over 15 years, and our experience with Bill and The Estancia Resort this time had been our favorite. Bill was an excellent communicator and made the booking process seamless. We found that other listings showed availability, but had none, it felt like other listings people were brokering rentals, with Bill he responded while he was at dinner with family said he would call us back in two hours, he did, he sent us booking info and we were confirmed the same night. Upon arrival the staff at Estancia was world class we felt as if we were the only couple staying at the resort. Our friends were at a sister property and were “wow'd” when they saw our room, it was so awesome. The housekeeping was very attentive, the room was prepped and cleaned every night, they left extra towels, water and chocolate chip cookies. Thank you Bill for your help. You and Estancia are going to make it impossible to stay anywhere else.

Loved our stay in Cabo. Working with Bill was really easy. Will be going back next year!

Villa Del Arco was very nice. Lots of activities on property on from the beach right outside the property.

Bill the owner was the best, most communicative and helpful owner I have dealt with. We had a last minute need to add room near our already booked condo and he made it happen. Palmar was not our favorite resort. Chaotic lobby, dated room but fun atmosphere. Arco and estancia exceeded our expectations.

This was my best VRBO experience, to date. Bill was a pleasure to work with. He was quick to respond to my questions. The property was gorgeous~ beautifully manicured, clean. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. I would most definitely recommend this place. Wonderful!

This is a beautiful resort and the suite itself was perfect. But be aware that as a “guest of a member”, you do not get the same service or amenities as a guest does. This started the moment we began the check in process when we had to review and sign a list of amenities that we would NOT be getting as “guests of members” ( like WiFi” Then we were shown to a room that had a terrible view of grounds construction and the road behind the resort. We tried to upgrade , but as guests of members, “that is the only wing of suites available. We settled on a room that was high enough up that the construction was less intrusive but still had a similar view. The “ ocean view” was pretty minimal. The guests of members stratification extends to the table you are seated at the restaurant and the color of pool towel you get. All this silliness did not adversely affect our vacation in any way. The resort is lovely, as is Cabo and we had a great time. We will be more careful next time we book one of these types of resorts as “guests of members”

Bill was amazing to work with on his property! Bill has open lines of communications and his follow up is the best we have ever had. We have been renting from VRBO fo years. Bill was the best we have had the pleasure to do business with in renting! Bill’s condo is beautiful, clean, great location, safe and fabulous. Bill and his condo are 5 stars!

All amenities were top notch. Location was perfect distance from downtown but quiet. Check in process needs to be more efficient and without the pressure of timeshare and excursion sales.
