Stayed Jan 4, 2020Beautiful property. Check in was disappointing. The rep gave us a room and there was no flexibility. He initially couldn't find any vouchers for golf or massages. Only after we showed him our paperwork we received from you did he finally say yes, we were entitled to those amenities. We expected, based on the pictures, that we would have a water view. We did not get a view unit and we were told that that was the only room available. The music from one of the clubs went on to the wee hours of the morning and it was difficult to sleep. We complained to no avail. The resort is beautiful but very restrictive on room choices. We were very disappointed in our stay and checked out early several days prior to full stay. Needless to say, we will not book again at your resort. Robert Harrington
