STUNING PRIVATE RESORT..10 BEDROOMS 6 FULL BATHS.. HEATED POOL .HOT TUB..

Property was perfect for our group. Pool, hot tub was great and clean. Location was great lots to do. Taylor the owner was very accommodating

A group of us came to Miami to celebrate my mom's 50th birthday, and for most of us, it was our first time here. We had a GREAT time. The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for all of us. The neighborhood was quiet and the owners helped us when we had a couple issues putting in the code. This was an amazing experience.

We had a great week stay at both homes with our extended family of 20. Both houses were very clean. Taylor was extremely responsive and helpful the couple times we reached out. The main house was perfect for several families as rooms are spread out and separate. The second house worked great for a larger family. The kids loved the pools and hot tubs. Location is good, only a 10 minute drive to the beach or grocery stores. We would vacation here again without hesitation.

There was 12 of us for a golf trip. The two houses where very clean and the pools were clean and heated. Location older part of Hollywood but close to everything. Host answered back quickly. Will return.

We had an amazing time, entry access was very simple..Taylor replied to all questions, the pool side area was phenomenal I hung several light bulbs over patio, pools and jacuzzis was great as well….Would definitely stay there again.

The host was easily accessible before checking in but once we were checked in she was unreachable!! The number listed was to people that worked for her but still could not fix our issues. The grass was not cut upon arrival. The WiFi in the guest house did not work the entire stay and was spotty in the main house. I had to call VRBO customer service twice just to get someone to look at the water heater because the water was only getting warm in one bathroom in the main house. I had to get a broom from the main house in order to sweep the floors in the guest house! My family will not book with this host again. By the way, all this happened on the FIRST NIGHT!!! We were there for 4 nights. The space in the homes was great though.

The entire experience with Taylor was horrible. For starters, the listing photos posted should be updated because the actual property is not similar the photos posted, including the furniture and backyard features. Secondly, the hot tubs did not get hot and half of the showers did not get hot as well. Thirdly, the main ac unit leaked into the hallway the entire time and the stove in the smaller house was completely broken. The icing on the cake was when I complained to the property manager about these issues and he acted as if my concerns were minimal and then proceeded to become very aggressive over the phone. He even hung up in my face after I asked to be compensated for my troubles. He sent a crew to attempt to fix the issues , they did not wear mask and the showers and hot tubs still were not working when they left. I was so disappointed because this was my bachelorette weekend and it was a horrible experience.

Taylor is awesome!! His property was clean and very beautiful! He was there to answer all questions and concerns! We will be back next year.
