Step into Colonial Charm at The Historic Powhatan Resort in Williamsburg - 2 Bd.

Location, size, and property were wonderful. They do need to do some work on the master shower. It leaked out onto the floor as the seal at the bottom needed to be replaced.

The office people were very friendly and helpful. The washer makes a terrible BANG BANG noise throughout the wash cycle.....really needs fixed!! We were there with our adult sons, and 2 of the 4 of us smelled cat pee in the master bath with the smell also in the bedroom near the bath door. the other 2 could not smell it. a good stea, clean of the bathroom tile and maser bedroom carpet should clear that up!

My brothers and I stayed at the property for 3 nights this summer. The place was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. We do not use any of the facilities on site. The only issue I had was check-in was a little slow at the property. The dedicated parking spot was great as well. Always guaranteed parking right in front of the door. Would certainly stay here again.

Very nice condo! We did not know ahead of time that our unit would have an oven, washer, and dryer. I think it’s important future guests know about these amenities to help them plan for their trips. The unit was spacious and pretty clean, though we did find an article of clothing from a former guest as we were tidying up for check-out.

Property was great. 2nd visit in the last 6 years. Wish bar at pool was open more often. SMS text communication was a good feature. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We will definitely be back!

The property was pristine. We loved strolling the grounds. Had fun playing the miniature golf course! Very clean! Had a great time and will definitely recommend this property!

Great stay, exactly as described. No issues at all. Great bedrooms, bathrooms. Plenty of space for us. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience at Powhatan Resort. It was clean and close to everything. Check in was quick and they were very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Access to mini golf etc is nice.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the accommodations. We had a wonderful time and everything went smoothly.

When I arrived I was impressed by the grounds. They were clean and nicely kept. The check in process was a little long, there was a long line and 4 employees checking people in but before the line got even half way down 3 of those 4 employees left their stations and left just one girl to handle the rest of the line (6 guest). She handled it smoothly tho. The unit was very nice and clean. It was located at a convenient location close (within walking distance) to the pools and other activities. The kitchen could use just a little more cooking essentials. There were enough to cook a meal for a couple but not for a family of 8. There was lots to do on the property, we used both the outdoor and indoor pool everyday, played mini golf and signed out some board games for a night. We even did the haunted tour. We had to call the concierge for something that was not in the unit and it was delivered right away. The only issue I had while there was that I could not connect to the wifi the whole time I was there. I tried every day and it would not let me connect. When I called the 800 number it says to call for assistance I was on hold for more than 30 minutes before I gave up and hung up. So I was unable to do the little bit of work I was supposed to do while there. Overall it was a great place and I will most likely return at some point.

Most everything went well. Our 2B upstairs Deluxe original unit had a problem but we were told that at check in, new unit was fine. One morning the coffee shop was closed & no note on the door to explain. But the resort was beautiful, communications were excellent, check out was easy. Overall 5 stars.

Our very extended family thoroughly enjoyed this property. The condo was great, the resort has such a variety of amenities to enjoy, and its proximity to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown was perfect.

We stayed here to visit the Historic Triangle and it was wonderful. Loved the amenities and the cleanliness of the condo. Would stay again!
