Stayed Feb 3, 2022I absolutely love the location of the property. The location is not in a busy area, which I like. If you want really close to the attractions, this is not the property for you (about 12 miles from the center of Gulf Shores), but if you want a quiet, easy to get to, clean, nice beach, and pool this is the location.

Stayed Jan 28, 2022We were in the area for a golf tournament at Kiva Dunes for our son. Kathy’s place was great and very conveniently located next to the course. She was very responsive before, during and after our stay! We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again in the future!

Stayed Nov 26, 2021Perfect little condo, right on the beach. Clean, roomy, and comfortable. Check in and check out were a breeze. Pots, pans, beach chairs, blankets, you name it, all provided. Definately recommend staying here!

Stayed Aug 9, 2021Dirty floors, bathtubs still full of sand from previous tenants, cockroaches, bathtubs that wouldn’t stay filled up for our child to bathe, sinks that were clogged, issues getting check in info/key code. Overall a disgusting place to have to stay, will not be booking again.

Stayed Jul 24, 2021We had a great week so close to the beach. Less than 5 minute walk to a great spot. We were so happy the owners provided a wagon and beach toys for the kids. The owner was quick to reply to questions and we were very pleased with the condo.
