SPECIAL RATES! Beachfront One Bedroom Condo in Kihei, Free Parking, Washer dryer

We loved the location, the view, the amenities, and the condo itself. And the host was easy to work with, too. However, this property needs to have professional pest control ASAP. We have stayed in many places in Hawaii and understand that we’ll have some bugs to deal with, and that’s not a big deal for us. But at this condo, there were literally hundreds of gnats - it was out of control. I don’t know whether this specific condo or the overall property/building needs to address this problem, but the problem is REAL and must be addressed.

Centrally located in a great location

Location was awesome!! Opening the curtains revealed only the ocean and palm trees - very relaxing. Easy access to all the other parts of the island. Chris was very responsive to all requests. We arrived right as 2 weeks of heavy rain was finally ending. The unit was clean and the resort worked overtime to clean up the parking lot.

I sent an employee here for 10 days after he retired. He was with the company for 40 years and we wanted to do something special. Chris had great communication and my employee and his wife had a great time and said that they would highly recommend this unit. Thanks for help us out!

Room was very clean and view waa incredible unfortunately we booked our holidays when the worst stom to hit Maui in 50yrs struck.When we were finally able to land in Maui ( two days late) the Parking lot had a foot of mud and water ( had to park on the street and haul luggage through the mud. The elevators didn't work and neither did the AC. ( Got wifi back after 3 days)The owner was great with communication, and unfortunately there was not much he could do. Shops were all closed do to floods. We were told not to go into the ocen due to the run off. Would like to think, if this had been any other time of the year, it would be a 5 star review. Unfortunately the wether had other plans.

Stunning location if you are looking for a great place to kick up your feet. Chris was very accommodating. Would stay again

This condo is right on the beach and makes great viewing of the humpback whales. It’s an extremely clean and quiet condo. We used the A/C and washer/dryer, which worked perfectly.We hope to come back soon.

The condo condition, location and amenities were excellent. The building owner (not Chris) should clean up the hallway entrance area.

Our Host Mike was excellent, this place had the best view, the bathroom and living area were beautiful and clean. The bed and pillows were extra comfy! Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Everything about this condo was as stated and perfect. The view was amazing. We enjoyed beach walks, the aquarium, local food truck offerings, and Haleakala National Park was clear and stunning! We hope to visit Maui again as we didn't have time to explore all we hoped. We will stay here again ! Thank you for an amazing condo experience!

The beach view was awesome. The waves were literally laughing at the foot of our balcony. The condo was well appointed with two televisions strong showers and good aircon and fans in each room. The pool and hot tub were great except for the hot tub wasn't hot for about half of our stay. But everything else was so perfect we really loved it all. It is a little windy sometimes, but that's mother nature, nothing you can do about that.

We love Sugar Beach! The condo was perfect. We had everything we needed. When we ran out of a needed essential, it only took one call and it was taken care of. Thank you.The view from the deck is unbelievable. We had coffee every morning and cocktails every evening. Perfect!

Gorgeous views and wonderful ocean wave sounds. Great location on the northern edge of Kihei that's a short drive to the restaurants in town and the resort area and beaches of Wailea. The unit is well-stocked with kitchen items and linens. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas that were available. It's part of Sugar Beach Resort, which is beachfront on a fairly quiet part of the beach.

Beautiful view! Spotless condo with everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. We've stayed at Sugar Beach Resort before and it's lovely. You can walk to the farmers market from there. Owner was great and easy to communicate with. Would definitely return

Great location with beautiful view. Very comfortable bed but the sleeper sofa is not. Well appointed kitchen but there was no cooking basics like oil, condiments and spices, only salt and pepper and a few packs of sugar. Beach is awesome and the pool and hot tub were great. On site bar and grill is fun and has great drinks and the cook is good too. Great stay and I would recommend it for sure!

We've been returning to Sugar Beach Resort for 14 years now, and this was one of the best condos we've stayed in. Everything was clean, the furniture was in good shape and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was also very responsive and easy to work with. We'll definitely be back!

Make sure you clean up before you leave or you get extra charge for not washing cloths or cleaning a spill in refigerator. Not sure why you pay 200.00 for clean up never had this ever happen in over 50 years. We cleaned & swept up before leaving.

Really enjoyed this area on the north end of Kihei. Very quiet, away from the noise of the more touristy areas yet easy to get around. Perfect view of the beach and the bay

It was amazing! Condo was very clean with a beautiful view right on the water. Looks exactly like pictures on the website. Had everything we needed, washer/dryer, kitchen, nice bed, patio etc. Close to downtown Kihei and many places to eat. We were looking for a special place to stay for our honeymoon and this place exceeded our expectations.We were able to sit on the patio every morning and evening and had the best view for sunrise and sunsets .Would definitely recommend staying here!

The hostess was very helpful and communicative. The vrbo was nice and located right on the beach, exactly what was promised. Would happily stay there again.

We loved this unit for our stay in Maui. Sugar Beach is our favorite - centrally located, quiet and private, close to the farmers' market, with incredible views. The condo was clean and comfortable, communication with the host was easy and simple, and we'd definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the property and really appreciated that it shared items for beach days, like towels, chairs, an umbrella, and cooler! The registration office was very friendly too! The bed was very comfortable and the place just had everything we could need.
